Tyler's New Fish Board

Tyler loves the idea of smoked fish on a wood board, so he bought one the other day (cedar) and decided to try it out! It was fun to make and turned out great! He also made a homemade rub for the fish and I made a homemade Italian salad dressing!! Here are the pics from the process...
